How can I customize a product?
That’s super easy. All you need to do is choose a product, use our online customization tool to add your own images/text/art/design.
Is it mandatory to choose from your referred designs?
Not necessarily! You may either choose one of our design templates or you can upload your own designs.
How do I upload my own designs?
Choose the product of your choice, then click on the button DESIGN NOW and start the customization process.
If we provide you our product and ask you to customize it?
Sorry, we don’t have that facility available right now.
Can you guarantee the color of designs as shown on the products on your website?
We do not guarantee as the color of finished product might appear different than what is shown on the website.
Does the quality or color of pictures I upload appear same after it gets printed?
We do not guarantee the color of your designs as we have different printing processes and machines where some loss of color is always applicable.
How do I register an account?
Please click on the Sign up, fill your details as requested and then proceed to create your account. Registration should now be complete, and you should receive a confirmation email on your registered email address along with conformational message on your registered number.
Is it mandatory to have an account to shop on printsports.in?
Yes, we may need to contact you regarding your customization and we recommend to sign up to have all your designs and orders in one place.

If I place my order today, when will I receive it?
It depends on type of product and your pin code. We deliver between 10 to 15 days. Before you pay for your order, you will come to know about the estimated date of delivery.
The order I received is not complete. What to do?
Do not worry. There might be a chance where we shipped your products separately. To see the order status, go to your account and review your order history.
How can I change or cancel my order?
Where is my order and how do I track its status?
Login to your account and go to “My Orders”. You will find the details about all the orders you have placed with us. Select your order to see the details, shipping and tracking information.
Can I upgrade my shipping speed?
Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?
Yes, you may change the shipping address until we ship your items.
What happens when I place my order?
After we receive your order, We will:
- Will send you a confirmation email on your registered email ID that will contain all the details of your order.
- Your order details are entered in our production system that prioritizes printing, production and shipping of your order.
- We, then select and customize your item, package them and make it ready for the shipment.
- Once the product is shipped, you can track your order on our website in your account details.
- Please note that there are circumstances where orders may ship early as the system may prioritize your order earlier than requested.
My order hasn’t arrived, what can I do?
Order status and tracking is available from your order history in your account. Getting your order on time is our priority. In case you haven’t received it even after promised date of delivery, we will contact you right away and do our best to make it right.
How do I reorder my products?
All you need to do is find the order you would like to repeat and reorder. The item is then added to your cart. Check out from your cart and we will start working to get your reorder as quickly as possible. You can also make few edits in our online customization tool to make changes in the design, increase or decrease the quantity, change address etc and continue the checkout process.
What if I am not satisfied with the order?
We believe in delivering the best quality to you and we are committed to your satisfaction. If you don’t find the order satisfactory, simply contact the customer support within 15 days of scheduled delivery date and we will ensure that you are happy with the experience. Please remember to preview your designs carefully before you order.
CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
Can I cancel an order?
The order can be cancelled only during the pre-production stage. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel and refund your amount.
Whom do I contact for cancellation?
You are requested to immediately email at [email protected] along with your order details for any cancellations.
In case your payments for the orders have not been received, Printsports will automatically cancel your order.
Can I return the products after I have received them?
Sorry, we don’t entertain any returns nor exchange after the order is delivered.
Can I modify my order after placing?
No. You cannot make any changes to the designs after placing the order. In case of requests such as altering the quantity of the product or changing the shipping address, these changes can be done during pre-production stage. You may get in touch with our customer care representatives.
When can I expect my refund for a cancelled order?
We cancel the order as soon as you cancel it and refund process is initiated within 3 to 5 working days. Further, it takes 7 to 10 working days for the amount to be credited in your account (depending on the banking provider).
If the payment is made via credit card, it might take a few more days for the credited amount to reflect in your account details.
What if the product I received is faulty/damaged?
In case the product has a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer care and report the issue as soon as possible. Please remember to preview your designs carefully prior to placing your order to avoid any disappointment when it arrives.

PRODUCT & PRICING
Do you provide cash on delivery?
At the moment, Printsports doesn’t provide cash on delivery feature as we prepare customized items that hold no value once we print them. However, we make sure we print exactly the same you customized and get it approved before we print them.
What are different modes of payment available?
Printsports provide multiple payment options available. You can pay through credit card, debit card, net banking and wallets.
How is the price of my product/products calculated?
We always provide quick, best and the most accurate price of your choice of products and it is calculated on the basis of three parameters:
- Type of product
- Type of Customization/personalization
- Printing method
Saving tip: The best way to reduce the cost of your product by increasing the quantity of your choice of products. This idea will always save you extra.
Do you provide sample before order?
At printsports, you may order minimum 1 quantity to see the quality and finish of our range of products.
What are the best practices for uploading our designs?
You can upload your designs using “Upload Image” option in our online customization tool. You can either upload the image in multiple formats or also use Facebook and Instagram feeds to upload a design. We support these file types – PGN, JPG, GIF, PSD, PDF and AI with the file size less than 10MB.
